A Psalm to meditate on:

“Oh, praise the Lord, all you servants of the Lord, you who serve at night in the house of the Lord. Lift up holy hands in prayer, and praise the Lord.  May the Lord, who made heaven and earth, bless you from Jersualem”.

Some suggestions…

Make some space in your day for this,  still yourself, slowly read the words, pausing on words that God highlights to you, ask of Him what these words mean, and what he wants to say to you.  And as He reveals what he is saying turn these back to him in prayer.
