My name Is Michael Taylor. Light path is part of a series called “Lumen”.
Light itself is the subject. A specially designed LED suit abstracts the human form to shapes of light. Movements of the human body through the landscape leave residual traces of light. Light becomes a memory of action.
In the second series (image 5), the person was silhouetted in time, by choreographed movements of light, generated by a range of light-painting tools.
